Payment Methods  
All products remain Bounir AB property until full payment is made. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Bounir. We use Klarna, Paypal or Stripe as payment options. All transfers conducted through Bounir are transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored by Bounir and all card details are sent over SSL encryption. 

Klarna Checkout
When you place an order in the webstore with Klarna Checkout as the payment method, information about the products in the order (name, price, quantity, SKU) is sent to Klarna. Klarna sends your billing and shipping address back to the webstore. This data plus a unique identifier for the purchase is then stored as billing and shipping data in the order in Shopify.

What do I do if my payment has not been captured?
If you are not able to pay with your debit or credit card, it is usually because your card is issued in another country than the one you are ordering from. Our payment system PayPal automatically blocks these transactions for safety reasons to minimize online fraud. If you are not able to pay with your card, we recommend you to try another payment method or contact us under "Support" we will help you out.

Information regarding VAT (moms)
When you order from a country within the EU, Hong Kong, China, Singapore or Switzerland (orders below 2 400 SEK) and Australia / New Zealand (orders below 6 000 SEK) you pay the price including Swedish VAT. 

Sweden  
You are required to pay a flat fee of 39 SEK within Sweden if the total of your purchase are under 499 SEK. We use PostNord 1:a Klass Varubrev for all orders and delivery time is between 2-5 workdays in Sweden. Packages not retrieved within 14 days will be returned to Bounir.

Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not claimed at your post office within 14 days, Bounir reserves the right to charge you a document fee to cover return shipping and  administrative costs of 49 SEK.

Returns:
We do not offer free returns.
Returns is at costumers cost and we will charge a fee of 39 SEK.

International orders:
For shipping outside of Sweden there will be a shipping fee depending on the country. The delivery time is 3-10 business days depending on your location and this might differ +/- some days. Packages not retrieved within 14 days will be returned to Bounir.

Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.
